I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. As a member, I will receive shipments from Inglenook through the year. I agree that Inglenook will automatically charge my credit card for each shipment and for my nonrefundable $100 membership fee upon enrollment and on the anniversary of my membership activation date annually. Rubicon shipments are shipped four times per year – approximately $500 per shipment (excluding any additions or changes to the order, and any applicable taxes). If I customize my shipment, the actual amount charged will vary depending on the selection of wines contained in each shipment.
It is my obligation to notify Inglenook in writing of any address changes at least two weeks before shipments are processed. Inglenook will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages or returns.
I agree to accept a minimum of four Rubicon shipments.
I understand by becoming a member I am opting in to marketing emails from Inglenook. I agree that I have read and understand Inglenook’s Privacy Policy.
I agree membership is ongoing and continuous until cancelled by me. I may cancel my membership in writing to HeritageSociety@Inglenook.com after receiving my initial four Rubicon shipments. I understand that all cancellation requests must be made in writing at least two weeks ahead of the next shipment offering.
If I cancel early, I understand that I will be charged for any complimentary tasting fees or services I received as a result of my membership, and my membership fee will not be refunded. I understand that if I plan to cancel membership, I must be sure to do so in writing ahead of the Automatic Renewal Charge of the Membership Fee. I acknowledge that failure to cancel membership prior to the fee charging may result in the cancellation of the membership going forward but will not result in a refund of the Membership Fee.
Benefits, privileges, pricing, terms, and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of Inglenook.
