Virtual Tasting

We are delighted to bring Inglenook into your home! Upon receiving your shipment of wines, set a date convenient for you and your group of friends, and then join us on Zoom for a virtual tasting with one of our wine educators for an hour of time. We will serve as a guide, answering any questions your group may have and sharing advice on professional tasting as well as stories from Inglenook's history pertaining to your chosen wine experience.

Heritage Tasting

Heritage Tasting

Thursday – Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., $60 per person plus tax for a 60-minute experience. Parties are limited to six guests.

Discover the legacy of Inglenook wines while engaging in a lively conversation with one of our sommeliers in the old-world surroundings of the Pennino Salon. Guests will enjoy a seated tasting of Estate wines, including our premier red wine, Rubicon, paired with a selection of artisanal cheeses.

Pergola Experience

Pergola Experience

Available seasonally, May through October. Thursday – Sunday. Wine Flight - $100 per person (two hour reservation). Food and Wine Pairing - $150 per person (four hour reservation). Reservations for up to eight guests with 48 hour advanced notice required.

Take in the expansive vineyard views as you relax in a luxurious private lounge beneath the pergola in our courtyard. Enjoy a flight of Inglenook wines accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie platter or add a food and wine pairing, served family style for your group. Included with your experience are a collection of games and magazines for classic entertainment

Library Experience

Library Experience

Thursday – Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., $125 per person plus tax ($300 minimum) for a 90-minute experience.

While taking a brief tour of the property–-with a welcoming glass of wine in-hand–-hear how the Estate evolved and the range of wines it has come to produce, followed by a seated tasting in one of the Chateau's historic cellars. Guests will be able to compare Inglenook's library vintages with current releases while enjoying an artisanal cheese plate prepared by Estate Chef Alex Lovick. The experience will close with a sampling of Rubicon, our premier red wine, offering guests an introduction to the heart of Inglenook's heritage.

Rubicon Library Experience

Thursday – Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., $150 per person plus tax ($450 minimum) for a 90-minute experience. Exclusive to Heritage Society members.

Explore the depths and nuances of Rubicon with a flight of library vintages. Guests will first be welcomed with a glass of Blancaneaux, our foremost white wine, before briefly touring the Infinity Caves, an expansive space built directly into the hillside behind the Chateau. One of our sommeliers will then guide guests to a private cellar where they will taste four vintages of Rubicon along with food pairings specially prepared by Estate Chef Alex Lovick to complement the complexity of this blend's profile

Curated Experience

Thursday – Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00 p.m., Starting at $90 per person, plus tax ($300 minimum), for experiences 90 to 120 minutes long.

Guests can actively participate in designing their own experience to discover both Inglenook's wines and the Estate that produces them. Curated Experiences can emphasize the sensory aspects of the wine, focus on a blending session, or be tailored to novice wine tasters.

Thursday – Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., $95 per person plus tax for three wines paired with three bites ($380 minimum); $125 per person plus tax for a Library pour and a special bite, for a 60-minute experience.

Indulge in a tasting of our Estate wines, paired with sumptuous bites created by Estate Chef Alex Lovick, in the casual elegance of the Daniel Salon. This experience is designed for those who would like a luxurious, but more intimate setting than the formality of a seated tasting.

Inglenook's rich history of winemaking began in the late 1800s and continues into the present. Guests are guided on a tour through the Chateau, vineyards, and Infinity Caves, which will end in the comfort of one of our private cellars for a seated tasting with a pairing of selected artisanal cheeses.

Estate Chef Alex Lovick will share his culinary interpretation of Inglenook with a full tasting experience reflecting the seasonal variety of produce that is both grown on the Estate and locally harvested. Chef Lovick's focus is on "wine friendly ingredients" that enhance the respective pairing, always remaining true to Inglenook's highest priority of combining authenticity with ingenuity.

Bistro Experience

Bistro Experience

Open Thursday – Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Visitors are welcome to take time to relax in our charming Bistro with an atmosphere reminiscent of a European cafe. Sip indoors or savor an alfresco moment at the tables located in the Courtyard under a natural canopy of treetops.

We offer wines by the glass and by the bottle as well as soft drinks, coffee beverages, bistro bites, and other delicious pairings. Cigars are also available for purchase along with a variety of merchandise––much of which was specially chosen by members of the Coppola family–-and reading material.

The Bistro and adjoining areas are suitable spots for younger guests who can borrow our wooden model boats to sail in the Fountain's reflecting pool, just as in the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are confirmed in writing and are held with a credit card. For a full refund, cancellations must be made in writing by emailing reservations@inglenook.com 24 hours in advance of your scheduled experience.

If you are running late, please contact the Concierge desk at (707) 968-1161 and we will do our best to accommodate your party. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your reservation and you will be responsible for all charges due for your party's visit.

Children Policy

To ensure the integrity of the tasting experience, we kindly request that all guests are at least 12 years of age. If traveling with younger children, please call ahead at (707) 968-1161 to discuss other experiences more suitable for their enjoyment.
