I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. As a member, I will receive shipments from Inglenook throughout the year. I agree that Inglenook will automatically charge my credit card for each shipment. First Chair shipments are shipped four times per year – approximately $165-$200 per shipment (excluding any additions or changes to the order, tax, and shipping costs). The actual amount charged will vary depending on the selection of wines contained in each shipment. My credit card will also be billed shipping and handling charges and sent via an outside shipper, acting as my agent.
It is my obligation to notify Inglenook in writing of any address changes at least five business days before packages are shipped. Inglenook will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages or returns.
I agree to accept at least two of four shipments sent within the first year of membership. I understand that memberships that fail to receive at least two of their four shipments each year may be terminated.
I understand by becoming a member I am opting in to marketing emails from Inglenook. I agree that I have read and understand Inglenook’s Privacy Policy.
I agree membership is ongoing and continuous until canceled by me. I may cancel my membership in writing to membership@inglenook.com after receiving my initial two shipments. Cancellation must be received and confirmed at least two weeks prior to shipping of any subsequent shipments.
If I cancel early, I understand that I will be charged for any complimentary tasting fees or services I received as a result of my membership.
Benefits, privileges, terms, and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at the sole direction of Inglenook.
